Savannah Oak
Lovely Savannah, where General James Oglethorpe landed and Georgia began in 1733. This majestic Oak tree stands near the old Savannah Cotton Exchange on Bay Street, where the city renovated 80,000 square feet of abandoned warehouse space into a colorful group of shops, restaurants, galleries, and inns. Right on the historic riverfront, this whole area is lined with these beautiful Oaks and other lush greenery.
