New York City in Late 2019

The Story

In 2019 all of my siblings and first cousins decided to have a “cousins reunion” while we were all still able to, and wanting to, travel. Since one of my cousins has a beach house on the Jersey Shore, we decided to use it, and rent another house nearby, and all get together for a several day visit. Amazingly, all but one of us was able to make the trip, and we had a great time. I hadn’t seen several of them in many, many years, and it was realy fun to reconnect.

My wife and I never let an opportunity go to waste, so of course we had to enhance our journey a bit and to stop in Philadelphia, then visit New York City and finally end up in New Jersey. This is the story of our visit to New York City, where I had never been to before. Philly will be in another post.
